Fssai License Registration
An FSSAI license is a mandatory certification for food businesses in India, issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), which ensures food products meet safety standards. All businesses involved in the manufacture, processing, storage, distribution, or sale of food must have one, and it must be prominently displayed at the business premises and on food products. There are three types of licenses—Basic, State, and Central—based on the business’s scale of operations and turnover.
Required documents for an FSSAI license registration include Aadhar Card, Pan Card Photo and address proofs of the business operator, proof of business premises possession (like a rent agreement or utility bill), and business constitution documents (such as a partnership deed or certificate of incorporation).
